1.1. These Promotion Terms govern the USD 9 paid trial promotion (the “Promotion”) offered by BRASK INC. (“Company”, “we”, “us”) through the Rask AI service (the “Service”).
1.2. These Promotion Terms supplement our Terms of Service (“ToS”). If these Promotion Terms conflict with the ToS concerning this Promotion, these Promotion Terms prevail for participating users. All matters not expressly addressed here remain governed by the ToS.
1.3. This Promotion is a paid introductory period for an automatically renewing subscription. It is not a free trial, and Section 7 of the ToS does not apply to it.
2.1. The Promotion is available from November 5, 2026 through our paid trial checkout. You may purchase the trial on our website before creating a Rask AI account. After payment, we will display instructions for setting up or linking your account and email instructions to the address you provided at checkout. You need to complete account setup or linking to use the Service.
2.2. We may make different introductory offers available to different groups of users.
2.3. You may purchase another available subscription directly without first purchasing the paid trial.
2.4. We may withdraw the Promotion for new purchases. Withdrawal does not affect a trial already purchased or the subscription conversion agreed at purchase.
3.1. The paid trial costs USD 9 and lasts seven consecutive days from the time your payment is successfully completed (the “Trial Period”). If you create or link your account after payment, you can use the trial for the remainder of the Trial Period. Creating or linking your account does not extend or restart the Trial Period.
3.2. Applicable taxes and the total amount payable will be displayed before you confirm payment.
3.3. The USD 9 payment covers the Trial Period only. Unless you cancel or select another plan, a separate recurring subscription charge will apply after the Trial Period as described in Section 5.
4.1. The trial includes a total allowance of 10 usage minutes for the entire Trial Period.
4.2. The features available during the Trial Period and their applicable usage rules and limits are those specified for the paid trial offer on our website or in the Service at the time of purchase.
4.3. Minutes are usage credits and may be consumed at different rates by different operations under the applicable usage rules. Access to a feature does not mean unlimited use of that feature.
4.4. If you use all trial minutes before the Trial Period ends, operations requiring additional minutes will be unavailable unless you obtain access under another paid plan. You may choose to upgrade early under Section 7.
4.5. Exhausting trial minutes does not end the Trial Period, trigger an early automatic conversion or authorize an early subscription charge. It also does not cancel the scheduled conversion or the associated payment obligation under Section 5.
5.1. Unless you cancel before the Trial Period ends or confirm a different plan under Section 7, your subscription will automatically convert to Creator Monthly seven days after your trial payment is successfully completed. We will charge your payment method for the first monthly billing cycle at that time.
5.2. The Creator Monthly price, features, minute allowance and other plan conditions applicable to this conversion are those disclosed on our website or in the Service and presented to you before you confirm the trial purchase. Before you purchase the trial, we will display the total recurring payment amount including applicable taxes and the date of the first subscription charge.
5.3. The scheduled conversion and charge apply even if you have not created or linked an account, have not used the Service or have used all your trial minutes. To prevent the scheduled Creator Monthly conversion, cancel before the Trial Period ends or confirm a different plan under Section 7.
5.4. The first monthly billing cycle begins upon conversion. Your subscription then renews monthly and your payment method is charged automatically until you cancel in accordance with the ToS.
5.5. Following conversion, your available features are determined by the Creator Monthly plan. Trial features not included in that plan will no longer be available. Transferred trial minutes do not extend access to trial features.
5.6. Subsequent changes to subscription prices or other plan conditions are governed by the ToS and applicable law. A later change to the public price list will not, by itself, change the first recurring charge agreed at trial purchase.
6.1. As an exception to the minute expiration rules in Section 6 of the ToS, unused trial minutes will transfer to the paid subscription that immediately follows the trial. This applies both to automatic conversion to Creator Monthly and to an early upgrade.
6.2. Transferred trial minutes are added to the minutes included in the selected subscription. They may be used only with features available under that subscription.
6.3. After transfer, the minutes are subject to the validity, carryover and expiration rules applicable to the selected plan under Section 6 of the ToS.
6.4. If the Trial Period ends without continuation into a paid subscription, unused trial minutes will not carry over to a subscription purchased later.
7.1. You may select another available subscription before the Trial Period ends.
7.2. The selected plan is governed by the plan conditions disclosed on our website or in the Service at the time you confirm the upgrade. Before confirmation, we will display its features, minute allowance, amount payable, billing interval and next renewal date and amount.
7.3. The USD 9 trial fee is not credited toward the subscription price. Unused trial minutes transfer under Section 6.
7.4. By confirming an early upgrade, you agree to pay the amount shown for the selected subscription and authorize the recurring charges disclosed before confirmation. The selected subscription takes effect when the upgrade is confirmed and replaces the scheduled Creator Monthly conversion and its associated charge.
7.5. Following the upgrade, the selected plan’s features and usage limits apply in place of the trial features and limits.
8.1. You may cancel automatic conversion or renewal through the “Cancel Subscription” option in your account settings.
8.2. To avoid the first Creator Monthly charge, complete cancellation before the Trial Period ends.
8.3. If you cancel during the Trial Period, you retain trial access and can use any remaining trial minutes until the original Trial Period ends. The trial will not automatically convert to Creator Monthly and you will not incur the scheduled conversion charge.
8.4. After conversion or an early upgrade, cancellation is governed by the ToS.
9.1. Except as required by applicable law, the USD 9 trial fee is final and nonrefundable regardless of whether you create or link an account or use any trial minutes or features.
9.2. Cancellation or an early upgrade does not entitle you to a refund or credit of the trial fee. This rule prevails over the fee refund provisions in Section 9 of the ToS with respect to the trial fee.
9.3. Payments for subscriptions purchased through automatic conversion or an early upgrade are governed by the ToS and the applicable subscription conditions.
10.1. We may amend or discontinue the Promotion for future purchases by updating the offer on our website or in the Service.
10.2. Such changes will not shorten a purchased Trial Period, reduce its agreed minute allowance or features, accelerate a charge or alter the first recurring payment agreed at purchase.
10.3. Retention of your content is governed by the ToS.
10.4. After the trial and the transfer of any unused trial minutes, your continuing subscription remains governed by the ToS, together with any provisions of these Promotion Terms that remain applicable.
