“I tried the free version with one video. The quality was good, it was very easy, and the price was not too high. Since then we continue working with Rask.”

Overview

CAME sells through electrical installers. Those installers need to know how each product is fitted, and they learn it from video. Marco Di Tommaso builds that video: product tutorials and installation guides, published on YouTube and inside the company training platform. He builds them for every country CAME sells in.

The Challenge

One person, many countries, many languages.

An agency took months

An outside company produced the videos. From the first idea to one finished language took 1-2 months.

Some languages were missing

The internal tool CAME built covers the major languages. Ukrainian, Croatian and Hungarian were not among them.

Filmed video needs a real voice

Slides can use a synthetic voice. A video with a person on camera needs the voice to match the picture.

Speed of speech changes per language

The same sentence takes six seconds in one language and seven in another. The timing has to be corrected by hand.

The Solution

Rask covers the missing languages

CAME translates most videos with its own tool. Rask handles the languages that tool cannot reach, starting with Ukrainian and Croatian.

One video, many countries

Marco uploads the finished Italian or English video, chooses the language and downloads the result. The same source video serves every market.

Voice and lip sync for filmed video

When a person is on camera, voice cloning and lip sync keep the delivery natural.

Free to try before buying

Marco tested Rask with a free video before any purchase. The quality was good and the setup was simple.

The library grows every year

CAME has localized video with Rask since November 2023, adding languages as new markets open.

The Impact

13 languages from one desk

Croatian, English, Ukrainian, Portuguese, Russian, German, Spanish, French, Polish, Italian, Turkish and Albanian all run through the same process.

Training in the installer's language

Electrical technicians watch the instructions in their own language instead of in English.

Faster releases per language

Video that used to take one or two months per language now moves at the speed of the internal team.

More than 400 videos delivered

CAME has downloaded more than 400 finished localized videos since 2023, across every market it sells in.

“For an electrical technician, it is very important to have the video in his own language.”
